I love this flour. I make rolls with it and theyre consistently excellent. I swapped to other brands when I couldnt get this one and the difference is remarkable.
Very good indeed
Tried this for first time today in my Panasonic breadmaker. Set to 100% wholemeal rapid setting, added dessertspoon of honey instead of sugar, and teaspoon of rapeseed oil instead of butter. Result was a very lovely granary style loaf with a good taste and texture. This will be my go to flour from now on I think and I highly recommend it,
I used this to make a batch of bread rolls, as per the recipe on the pack - really simple. Afraid to say, they didn't hang around long, and now I'm having to order more flour. This is probably going to be a regular item on my weekly shopping list.
I followed the recepie on the back of the packet and produced a lovely soft loaf with a crunchy delicious crust. Seeing as it was my first time baking my own bread I can only assume this stuff must be good! It didn't last a day!

Great flour, makes a nice textured bread in my panasonic bread machine. Just follow the wholewheat recipe. I make a couple of loaves a week, we love it.
Brilliant in a bread machine
OMG, I have just made some bread in my bread machine. Not used it for a while, but thought I would give it a go again. I used avocado and coconut oil, and a spot of honey instead of all sugar and this fabulous flour. It has made an amazing loaf. I can't stop eating it!! Really is the yummiest loaf I have ever made!!
