'In our mill we make a large range of flours from many different natural grains, beans & seeds without adding refined gluten or enzymes. We blend specific grain varieties to ensure that the resulting flour has the optimum characteristic for the type of baking it will be used for. This means soft wheat varieties for cakes, pastry and sauces or stronger hard wheat for bread making flours. The more unusual flours have distinctive characters and applications of their own. If you are on a special diet look out for those flours that suit your situation.

Good flour. This is the only brand I use
Very nice flour, great for baking, making pancakes, and organic! My regular go to.
I mix it with wholemeal flour and it is great for bread and pizza! Will continue buying!
What a shame that this lovely product is adulterated with iron by UK law. Sadly, we have to buy foreign flour to have a pure product..Denmark has banned the importation of fortified flour and products on the basis that the harm outweighs the benefits. Let's change the law so that when we buy organic we can have a flour free from synthetic chemicals and elemental iron.
The only flour I bake with.
If you're baking a light sponge, chewy cookies, crisp shortbread or simply breading chicken breasts Doves farm flour is perfection. I have never had a cake fall or an unhappy cookie recipient. Perfect bake every time.
Reliable and non-allergic
I have used this flour for years. I know it won't cause any difficulties for people with any kind of probable wheat intolerance - especially me! - and it makestasty cakes, biscuits, pancakes, pastry and can also be used as thickening for sauces.
