Infusion Instructions
Allow freshly boiled water to cool for 4 - 5 minutes. Preheat the teapot and add 2 - 3 grams of tea per person. Infuse for 2 - 4 minutes.
The leaves can be infused twice, allowing a longer time for the second infusion.

Infusion Instructions:
As this is such a delicate green tea, we recommend using water at a temperature of 80ºC. Allow the kettle to cool to the correct temperature, about 4 to 6 minutes. Preheat the teapot and add 2 to 3g per person. Infuse the leaves for 2 to 4 minutes according to taste.
