This is a green tea that has been slowly dried, the delicate leaves then carefully rolled into shiny pellets. The flavour is bold and bright with a slight spicy freshness.

Our botanicals slow-distilled by hand in a medieval copper pot gin still:
Juniper Berries, Angelica Root, Orris Root, Caraway Seed, Coriander Seed, Meadowsweet, Cardamom, Star Anise

During one of his many travels, The Curious Mind ventured along the 41st Northern Parallel and through the azure waters surrounding Sardinia.

The Curious Journey of a Curious Mind
During one of his many travels, The Curious Mind ventured along the 41st Northern Parallel and through the azure waters around the Mediterranean Sea. Wandering through gnarled groves of cork oaks, PJ came upon the rustic Sardinian country village of Sinisicola.
The local people introduced him to the "Sa pompia" or Citrus monstruosa. PJ Rigney's Curious Mind started to unravel how hints of this uniquely fragrant and wholly unusual relative of the orange and grapefruit would meld with the exotic oriental aromas and flavours of Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin.

The result of this curious discovery is a novel expression of Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin with subtle hints of Sardinian citrus.
