Our sliced Wiltshire ham is a customer favourite, offering tender, flavourful slices made from Outdoor Bred British pork. Each ham is carefully prepared using the time-honoured Wiltshire method, where the pork is gently immersed in a brine for several days to achieve a moist, delicate texture. A touch of unrefined brown sugar brings out the pork’s natural sweetness, enhancing its mild, savoury character without overpowering.


We only use high welfare Outdoor Bred British Pork and work closely with our suppliers and farmers to ensure that our pigs live happy lives.


Our sliced ham is unlike other mass-produced hams which are usually made from reformed meat and pumped with water. Each slice of a DukesHill ham is cut from a whole joint, so the shape and size may vary—a sign of true artisan preparation and premium quality.


Sliced fresh from whole hams and ready to eat, this is a versatile staple for everyday enjoyment. Whether packed into sandwiches, layered onto salads, or served as part of a picnic platter, this ham delivers satisfying flavour with every bite.
