This Special Edition Christmas Ham is generously covered in a delectable cranberry glaze. Prepared from high welfare outdoor-bred British pork, each joint is cured using the traditional Wiltshire method, producing a tender ham with gentle savoury notes. A hint of demerara sugar in the cure adds balance, while the hand-applied glaze of bright orange peel and warming spices enhances the natural sweetness of the meat without overpowering.


We only use high welfare Outdoor Bred British Pork and work closely with our suppliers and farmers to ensure that our pigs live happy lives.


Boneless for fuss-free slicing, this cooked ham is versatile enough to serve hot with roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables, or cold in sandwiches, salads and picnic-style spreads. With its gently spiced glaze and mild, moist texture, it’s a relaxed yet impressive addition to any table.

Keep refrigerated between 0-5°C. Once opened consume within 3 days.


Suitable for freezing. Freeze on a day of receipt, do not exceed use by date. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.

Cooked and ready to eat.


Our cooked hams can be reheated for an excellent hot meal. Place the ham in a roasting tray, add a little liquid (stock, cider, wine, or water), and seal tightly to keep moist with a foil tent. Bake at around 160ºC (320ºF) until heated.
