Product Information
4-5 Servings
Each joint is hand-prepared and tied by our skilled butcher, delivered fresh and ready to roast or freeze. A superb alternative to traditional roast pork or turkey, this Porchetta makes for a memorable Sunday lunch or festive main course with minimal effort.
Inspired by the Umbrian speciality, our British Porchetta Roasting Joint brings together traditional Italian flavours and exceptional British pork. We start by lightly curing a boned pork loin before rolling it with a fragrant blend of thyme, fennel, garlic, lemon zest, black pepper, and seasoning.
As it roasts, the natural marbling gently bastes the meat from within, locking in flavour and keeping the joint deliciously juicy. The result is an easy-to-carve centrepiece with rich, herby depth and melt-in-the-mouth tenderness. Serve hot with roast potatoes or slice cold for remarkable sandwiches the next day.
We only use high welfare Outdoor Bred British Pork and work closely with our suppliers and farmers to ensure that our pigs live happy lives.
Why You’ll Love It:
• Premium British pork: Outdoor-bred for superior flavour, tenderness, and texture
• Authentic flavour: Inspired by Italian Porchetta with a herb blend
• Expertly butchered: Rolled and tied by hand for perfect roasting
• Moist and tender: Natural fat bastes the meat during cooking
• Versatile: Perfect hot with sides or cold in crusty rolls
Available for Christmas deliveries from 20th December - 24th December.
Use by 26th December.

Preparation and Usage
For best results we recommend removing the joint from the vacuum packaging, patting it dry with kitchen towel and leaving it uncovered on a plate in the fridge overnight. This ensures the skin dries out and gives you the best chance of crisp and golden crackling. Remove from the fridge 2 hours before cooking. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6 and massage salt into the skin, lightly brush with oil and place the joint in a roasting tray. Roast in the oven for 25mins per 500g, plus 25mins. Remove the joint from the tray, allow to rest on a warm plate for 20 minutes. Check food is piping hot and juices run clear. Allow the joint to rest for 15mins before carving. Do not reheat. Appliances vary, these are guidelines only.
