Remove plastic sausage skin before cooking!
The sausages have an inedible plastic skin which you need to remove prior to cooking. I didn't notice, and wasted about 6 sausages making sausage rolls! They had to all go in the bin. It was written on the packaging but it wasn't obvious unfortunately. On a positive note, the kids really enjoyed them and I will purchase again. The big pack is great , and can make quite a few meals. I believe the pack has 16 large sausages inside.

very good
Finding non pork sausages that taste good is a chore. Was very happy to see these as a new alternative. Large pack (16 sausages, 1kg) so works for large families. Made these into sausage rolls (with some puff pastry). Very tasty. Will buy again.

Its very nice to have an option that isnt pork. It is very juicy and flavorful
