Dunn's River Jamaican Green Seasoning is a delicious marinade made from a fragrant blend of escallion, thyme, scotch bonnet peppers and garlic which adds authentic, fresh taste to all of your favourite meals.

Jamaica

Use 2 teaspoons of Dunn's River Jamaican Green Seasoning per 500g of meats, seafood or vegetables. Rub the seasoning in thoroughly and allow to marinate for an hour (or up to 4 hours for best results). Then grill, barbecue or oven-bake for a delicious, authentic Jamaican flavour.
Alternatively, try curried or stewed.
