Mild Madras
This is a very nice Madras blend, and as it says, it's a Madras curry powder, just the milder end of a Madras heat, so it's still spicy. If you want a mild curry powder, try the M & S one.
Brilliant Madras blend with balanced flavours
Good flavour; it does have a noticeable spice heat to it, mild/medium for a Madras (a bonus! as you can still taste what's going on in your mouth). This would be considered hot if compared to a general mild curry mix.
Great flavour \x26 Good value
Good depth of flavour considering it's described mild. For a really quick curry when we were late the other night I cheated with onion powder a few mixed frozen veg & tin of chick peas. Against expectations & thanks to this splendid Madras blend, we enjoyed a very tasty quickly prepared curry supper.
A regular buy
Much more affordable than buying bottle of curry powder. Keep your old bottles and then top it up with this one. Spices smell and taste fresh and we like that its mild. Thumbs up from us!
Sub now regular
This was subsituted for my usual curry powder - I am so glad it was! lovely flavour, as others mentioned can be hot if you use too much, I have found a tablespoon is a good amount in a family curry.
Lovely easy curry
This is a good value packet of curry. It makes a curry in super quick time with no faffing with mixing and grinding of herbs.
