Slow Cooked Smoky & Sticky BBQ Turkey Wing Riblets

Keep refrigerated below 5°C. Once opened, consume within 1 day and by the "Use By" date shown.


Suitable for home freezing. Ideally freeze as soon as possible after purchase but always by ‘use by’ date shown. Not suitable for cooking from frozen. Defrost thoroughly for a minimum of 24 hours in the fridge. Once defrosted, use within 24 hours and do not refreeze. Keep refrigerated.

Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C Fan) / Gas Mark 6.
Decant the contents of the bag into a suitable baking tray.
Set the sauce sachet aside for later.
Place the tray in the centre of the oven.
Cook for 35 minutes, turning occasionally.
After 35 minutes, add the sauce from the sachet, tossing to coat evenly.
Return to the oven and cook for a further 5 minutes.
