Ignore the picture, nothing like what you get.
So thin it was reminiscent of thick cut bacon, Blobs of fat adorn the edges and if that isn't enough water streams out as you cook it, horrible.

Have bought chops that are much thinner so these are a reasonable size
I have brought many packs of these pork loin chops, very good value & excellent for BBQ.
Says 800g but I only got 550g.
thin but tasty
I buy these pork steaks relatively frequently, and use them in place of chicken breasts in certain recipes, like curry for example. They work well and go down a treat. They are far too thin, in my opinion, to use as a pork chop/steak, so I wouldn't purchase them if that was my intention.
