Ask The Butcher:
“Selected cuts of pork leg are deboned and cured for a really richly flavoured gammon joint. This joint can be boiled first and then baked, to give a glazed finish. A gammon joint is a great choice to cook up for a weekend roast, and carve leftovers for the sandwiches throughout the week.”

I always buy this when on offer as it is a fab meal for my Thursday night family tea.I cook it in coca cola and have never been disappointed my large family love it
Lovely gammon joint
Cooked in Cola in the slow cooker, absolutely delicious. Lasted for one dinner and plenty for sandwiches during the week and some pulled ham for a pasta. Delicious, not too salty at all. Highly recommend.
Decent taste, not too salty but dry
The meat had a decent taste and wasn't overly salty but became very dry despite boiling then roasting as suggested. No fat on the joint which didn't help. Left overs too dry to use the next day. Suspect the joint is reformed meat rather than an actual joint
By far best gammon i have had. Not salty and very lean. love it.
gammon in cola
Soaked this to remove some salt then slow cooked it in cola with onion and carrot. Delicious and not fatty at all. Recommend
This is by far the best gammon available on Ocado! I never have to soak it - I just put it straight in the oven. It always comes out tender and juicy and is a firm favourite in this household. Will be stocking up for Christmas!
