Cooking guidelines

Air Fry - From Chilled. Preheat the air fryer to 170°C. Place the Lamb Meatballs in a single layer and cook for 10-12 minutes, turn half way through cooking.; Cooking Instructions - General. For best result cook from chilled. Remove all packaging. Not suitable for microwaving. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Place on an oven tray, cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 190°C/Fan 180°/Gas 5 for 23-25 mins, turning half way through cooking.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Heat a little oil in the pan. Fry on a medium heat for 16-18 mins, turning regularly.

Storage:
Keep refrigerated below 4°C. Once open, use within 2 days and do not exceed the use by date. This product may have previously been frozen and defrosted; further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze on day of purchase and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking and use the same day. Once defrosted, do not re-freeze.
