Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. For best results cook from chilled. Remove all packaging. Not suitable for microwaving. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.
After cooking - ensure the product is piping hot.; Grill - From Chilled. Place under a preheated medium - hot grill for 14-16 mins, turning halfway.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Heat a little oil in the pan. Fry on a medium heat for 9-11 mins, turning regularly.

they will more than half in size when you've cooked them

Very fatty
Although they taste okay I have to cut off a lot of fat. Also too salty!

Tastes fine but tiny!
I didn't find these overly fatty, but like other reviewers have pointed out, they are tiny - around half to two-thirds of the size I'd expect from a gammon steak. Go for a brand that offers more meat for your money if you can.

Never has a piece of meat had so much fat
No wonder they were on offer. A Huge piece of fat made up about 25% of both bits of gammon. Very disappointing.
