Air Fry - From Chilled. Preheat the air fryer to 170°C. Place in the air fryer and cook for 18-20 minutes, turn halfway through cooking.; Cooking Instructions - General. For best result cook from chilled. Remove all packaging. Not suitable for microwaving. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.
After cooking - ensure the product is piping hot and no pink colour remains.; Grill - From Chilled. Place under a preheated medium-hot grill for 20-22 mins, turning regularly.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Place on an oven tray, cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 190°C / Fan 180°C /Gas 5 for 30-32 mins, turning halfway.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Heat a little oil in the pan. Fry on a medium heat for 20-22 mins, turning regularly.
