Cannot be Microwaved; Keep Refrigerated; Suitable for Home Freezing

Cooking Instructions - General. Cook from chilled. Remove all packaging. Not suitable for microwaving. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.
Our butchers recommend brushing with a little oil before cooking
After cooking - Ensure the product is piping hot and no pink colour remains.; Grill - From Chilled. Place under a preheated medium-hot grill for 14-16 mins, turning regularly.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Place on an oven tray, cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 190°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6 for 20-25 mins, turning halfway.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Heat a little oil in the pan. Fry on a medium heat for 14-16 mins, turning regularly.

Sleeve

Film - Recycle; Sleeve - Recycle; Tray - Recycle

Storage:
Keep refrigerated below 4°C, once open use within 2 days and do not exceed the use by date. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase & use within one month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking & use the same day.
Once defrosted do not re-freeze.
