Place on an oven tray, cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 190°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 5 for 16-18 mins, turning halfway. After cooking ensure the product is piping hot and no pink colour remains.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 8-10M
Heat a little oil in the pan. Fry on a medium heat for 8-10 mins, turning regularly.
