We first put our aprons on back in 1984, when farmer’s son Ieuan Edwards decided to become a Master Butcher. Training complete and inspired by a passion for great tasting food he filled his shop in Conwy with only the best award-winning delights.
Fast forward to today and we’re proud to say Edwards is a firm family favourite on tables throughout Wales and beyond.


Fighting Food Waste
We take our responsibility to help food waste seriously. That's why we donate any surplus Edwards products to local charities and community initiatives who help provide food to those who need it most.

Cannot be Microwaved; Keep Refrigerated

Cook from chilled. Remove all packaging. Not suitable for microwave cooking. All appliances vairy, the following are guidelines only.
Grill: Place under a preheated medium grill for 14-16 min, turning regularly.
Oven: Place on an oven tray, cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6 for approx. 20-25 minutes, turning halfway.
After cooking - ensure product is piping hot.

Storage:
Keep refrigerated below 4°C, once open use within 2 days and do not exceed the use by date. This product may have previously been frozen and defrosted, further freezing will not affect quality, freeze on day of purchase & use within one month.
Defrost thoroughly before cooking & use the same day. Once defrosted do not re-freeze.
