Our Bacon is traditionally cured by hand, the old fashioned way to our own special recipe.
After days of curing, it is air dried, and cut into thicker rashers which we believe enhances the flavour & texture.

Went off well before the use by date. Frustrating as was under the label so couldnt see until halfway through cooking the meal.
When cooking out this bacon came out way to salty. Had to chuck.
Very nice bacon but a little bit of white scum comes out, never had dry cure with that happening. Five slices is stupid, do six and charge a little bit more.
Thick Cut all the way!
I've tried this version and the standard pack, the thick version wins every time.

This bacon is great and doesnt give off water when cooking like other cheaper types. Nice subtle flavour, too.
This is the first time we've tried this bacon and it won't be the last! Very tasty and great quality - it's more like something you would find at your local butcher rather than out of a packet. Highly recommended!
