This product is raw and must be cooked before eating. Cook from chilled. Remove all packaging. Not suitable for microwaving. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only. Check product is piping hot before serving.
Grill: 9-11 minutes. Place under a preheated medium - hot grill for 9-11 mins, turning regularly.
Air fryer: 7-9 minutes. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Place the black pudding in a single layer and cook for cook for 7-9 minutes, turn halfway through cooking.
