After cooking - Ensure the product is piping hot.; Grill - From Chilled. Place under a preheated medium-hot grill for 6-8 mins, turning regularly.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Heat a little oil in the pan. Fry on a medium heat for 4-6 mins, turning regularly.

nice thick bacon
Got these as normally buy the oak smoked bacon by Edwards but was out of stock so got these nice thick bacon that didnt shrink but do love flavour of the oak smoked best but this is still good bacon!
Disappointing \- how is this thick cut?
Not sure how this is being classed as thick cut bacon, it’s wasn’t really any thicker than a standard rasher, so ended up quite crispy. Also the picture is misleading, it’s definitely not back bacon, it was quite stringy and falling to pieces when trying to remove the rashers from the packet. Only decent thing was the packaging was relatively easy to open. Disappointing and definitely will not be buying again.
Nice Tasting
This is tasty bacon. Purchase the Thick Cut Bacon, as there is little or no water that comes out of it.
Best Bacon
This is now our go to bacon , best texture , flavour and thickness .
Delicious
Just the right thickness so it doesnt turn into a burnt nothingness. Tasty as well.
