Calm and centre body and mind with this balancing combination of nourishing oils to reduce stress and restore equilibrium.

Mandarin: Mentally uplifting and helps to relieve stress and anxiety.
Cedarwood: Soothing and calming, encourages the release of serotonin.
Lime: Helps to restore energy and refresh the mind.

Apply 2-3 pumps of oil to the torso before stepping into the shower. Alternatively, dispense 2-3 pumps into a hot bath. After bathing, apply the body oil to clean dry skin to nourish and hydrate.
