Avoid purchasing
Very dry and rigid, this is nothing close to what the trout caviar takes or looks like

not for me
I love the salmon eggs of this range, sadly not this one. Too firm. They should softly burst in your mouth, these are too tough. Definitely a NO for trout eggs ! I have tasted much much better!

Too firm
Out of the 3 varieties available this was my least favourite. The eggs were too firm and I found myself chasing them around my mouth trying to pop them. Also the least amount of flavour.
