Engine is an Italian gin produced in Piedmont, in Northern Italy. Engine gin is made using 100% Italian botanicals and has a stout structure but a kind soul. It sparkles on the rocks and shines in tonic water. Engine, fuel the dream. Our aluminum cans are made out of recycled olive oil and motor oil cans. Further recycling of Engine Gin cans uses up to 90% less energy than recycling glass.

Ingredients:
50ml of Engine Gin
100ml Fever-Tree Indian Tonic Water

Method: Pour all the ingredients directly into the ice-filled glass. The tonic water must be very cold! Garnish safe leaf.

THE INSPIRATION & THE ORIGINS.

The story of Engine begins in Barbaresco, a small district nestled in the hills of Langhe (Piedmont), titled UNESCO World Heritage since 2016.

The idea of Engine is linked with Italian and Piedmont tradition, paying tribute to rosolios (sweet liqueurs), cordials and liqueurs made from sage and lemon which in the past were ancient digestive remedies.

Ingredients:
30ml ENGINE Gin
30ml Campari,
30ml red vermouth

Method: Pour all the ingredients directly into the glass with ice and stir. Garnish lemon peel and sage leaf.

Fresh sage, oily rosemary, creamy liquorice.
