Oily fish are a great source of the important Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA. However, many people are not eating enough.
The Government recommends eating at least two portions of fish per week, one of which should be oily fish.

Directions for use
- 2 chews per day with food. When starting supplementation it is recommended to take 6 chews per day for the first 12 weeks to help balance essential fatty acids in the body.
- Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are pregnant, on any medication, or if you have any medical condition before starting supplementation.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
- Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a well balanced and varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
