Preparation and Usage
"Preparation: Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw meat. Pan Fry: 24-26 minutes. Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tbsp oil in frying pan, brown off mince, add choice of sauce, bring to the boil and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook thoroughly until juices run clear and there is no pink meat.

I received these yesterday and were slightly browned at the one side. I noticed I had two days to use them so put them in the fridge to cook today- just gone to open them and they smell off. I wont be buying this lamb again for a while and this is becoming a trend with shopping for meat with Ocado.
