Nose
Soft note of citrus taking away the classic alcoholic burn.
Body
Lovely notes of almond and vanilla. Touch of sweetness and buttery mouthfeel

Alcohol by volume
Serving suggestions
Quinoa Mule:
50ml FAIR. Vodka
5ml lime juice
Build over ice cube in a tall glass.
Top up with ginger beer.
Garnish with lime wedge
Dry Martini:
75ml FAIR. Vodka
10ml dry vermouth (adjust for guest's preference)
Stir it all in a tin over ice cube until very cold.
Strain in a martini glass.
Add lemon zest.
