watery now - why have they changed it ?
I have used this for years and now its a new formulation they have ruined it . Its all watery and at first I thought I had received a faulty bottle but I can see other reviewers and written the same . Wont be buying again .
nice and clean
This series of handwash smells great. it doesn't leave hands as dry as most others do. I also love it's mostly natural ingredients! wish it wasnt so pricey
Natural but ugly bottle
I have been using the Faith in Nature shampoo for years so recently thought I'd try the hand soap too. There packaging has recently changed and now has a big ugly piece of plastic around the top. I also struggle to thoroughly wash this off my skin without it leaving what feels like a residue. It smells amazing though and is natural but I think I'll stick to making my own foaming soap using Bronners castile soap instead
Great product and brilliant new packaging
Ive used this hand wash for a while (great scent and bright/engaging branding) and Im really impressed with the new packaging. Its really easy to dispense and if anything I think rather than watery the soap is more substantial and fragrant (which is a good thing the fragrance is a delight) and most importantly designed to be more reusable and environmentally friendly. Just wish Ocado stocked the hand wash refills!
New formulation has ruined product
I wholly agree with a previous reviewer. I had used this product for some time and was very happy with it (would have given at least a 4-star review), however the next bottle I received was of a very watery consistency meaning I had to use far more for the product to have any effect. This put me off so much that I am now using Neal’s Yard handwashes instead - which are well worth the extra cost. I can no longer recommend the Faith In Nature handwashes.
