Brand details
Famille Perrin are one of the leading family wine companies of the Southern Rhone Valley, famous for producing one of the top wines of the region; Chateau de Beaucastel. They also own vineyards in many other important areas of Cotes du Rhone, Gigondas, Vacqueyras and Vinsobres. White Cotes du Rhone is quite rare, representing only around 10% of the regions production. It is always a blend of indigenous grape varieties that give wines of great complexity with fruit as well as savoury almost nutty notes making for a very enjoyable glass of wine.

Regional information
The Côtes du Rhône region, located in southeastern France, is known for its diverse terroirs and Mediterranean climate. The area benefits from a mix of sun, cool winds, and varied soils, including clay, limestone, and gravel. These conditions help produce wines with bright fruit flavors and balanced acidity. The region spans from Lyon to Provence, offering a range of wines, but the whites, like Famille Perrin's, are especially praised for their freshness and versatility with food.

Vinification details
The grapes are picked early in the morning to keep them fresh. After pressing, the juice is chilled to remove any solid particles. The wine ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled 16°C for about 15 days. After fermentation, the wine is racked and aged in stainless steel tanks, maintaining its crisp character, until it's ready for bottling.
