Ferment Fizz Lemon & Raspberry Lemonade

Juicy raspberry first, then a bright lemon snap to keep it clean and lifted. Tart, vivid and properly refreshing, with a lightly fizzy finish — fruit-forward and not overly sweet, and brilliant with food.
The flavour comes from a slow, balanced process: real raspberries and whole lemons (peel included) are brine-fermented to build depth naturally — no concentrates, flavourings or citric acid shortcuts. Serve ice-cold over big ice, in a proper glass, or use as a mixer when you want real fruit character.
