Not good!

Poor quality

This is not what I expect from a balsamic vinegar. It is thin and has a sharp bitter taste. I don’t think that I will bother using it in cooking let alone dream of pouring some on my salad. It is nothing like the thick sticky, slightly sweet balsamic vinegar I enjoy.

tastes like soap

Having had the non organic version previously and for a reasonably priced vinegar it was good. This version however tastes like soap! I had to throw away the salad I had made and used it on and also threw this in the bin.

Thin and acidic

Lacking in the rich sweetness I'd expect from a good balsamic. Very thin, won't be buying again
