Filotea’s Cannelloni are made from high quality Italian durum in the Marche region of central Italy. The cannelloni have a substantial thickness which makes all the difference when making a baked cannelloni dish. The surface of the cannelloni is textured due to the use of bronze dies to shape the pasta. This encourages any sauce to adhere to it more consistently, allowing for a more satisfying and flavourful mouthful.

Preparation and Usage
| Boil the Cannelloni in salted water for 8 minutes, drain them, fill them with a filling of your choice and place them in a baking dish. Add bechamel and sauce and place them in the reheated oven at 200° for about 25 minutes. |
