Filotea Garlic & Parsley Linguine Egg Pasta - a long, lean, flat pasta with garlic and parsley in the dough. The same length as the more common spaghetti, and with a very unique texture that is amazing at absorbing any sauce you combine it with.
Made using an ancient family recipe and the same preparation and production methods, just soft wheat flour, the finest eggs, bronze drawn dough and a slow-dry technique, makes this a standout fresh pasta product that truly tastes homemade.

Preparation and Usage
Hob - from ambient. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add salt to taste. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 3 minutes. Then, drain the pasta and immediately add your favourite condiments or sauces. Filotea Garlic & Parsley Linguine Egg Pasta is excellent with smoked fish sauces such as salmon.
