Filotea Penne Rigate Durum Wheat Semolina Pasta ideal for soaking up plenty of sauces. This pasta is made with 100% Italian durum wheat, bronze drawn and slow dried at low temperatures. 13% protein content, suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Preparation and Usage
Hob - from ambient. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add salt to taste. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 10 minutes. Then, drain the pasta and immediately add your favourite condiments or sauces.

Not worth the price
We eat a lot of good quality pasta, bought this as thought it must be great, based on cost. It's very average. Garafalo is better and half the price.

nice but expensive
I got given this to review from Ocado. The pasta was lovely and tasty but I found it expensive for what it is. I had it with just a plain tomato sauce and it was delicious. The package was quite annoying to reseal, too much plastic and paper
Good quality pasta
I am writing this review as I received the product free from Ocado. This was good quality pasta which cooked easily and tasted good. A bit over priced if not on offer.
