Reginette ('little queens') is a long pappardelle style pasta with frilled edges, made from durum wheat semolina and extruded through bronze dies for a wonderfully textured and flavour absorbing surface. Ideal for hearty ragus and creamy sauces and recommended to try with tuna.

Storage
| Store in a cool, dry place. |
Preparation and Usage
| Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add salt to taste. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 6-7 minutes. Drain the pasta and immediately add your favourite sauce. |
