great product!
We find this gel to be so much better than any other tablets! Wouldnt try/buy anything else now. Clean dishes every single time!
Great Product
This has changed how I use my dishwasher instead of doing full loads on very long 65C cycles, I now do smaller loads with a bit of this (saves using a whole tablet), do a rinse, then a quick 35C cycle which gives great results! Saving money on using the dishwasher on long cycles and cheaper than tablets, plus gives very clean and sparkling results.
Perfect for half-sized dishwashers
If you have a full-sized dishwasher this may not be the solution for you as a tablet will probably have far more cleaning power. But if you, like me, have a half-sized dishwasher this is a godsend because tablets were just too much in a smaller appliance. Everything tasted like dishwasher powder and the tablets were scratching our more delicate items. This gel however lets us control how much we need and has proven the perfect solution.
disappointing
I bought this on offer and initially thought it was ok. I was hoping a gel would be kinder on glasses. Most dishes were clean, but its no better than other products on tough burnt on stuff. The most noticeable thing though is that tea & coffee stains have quickly built up on mugs, which now have to be scrubbed by hand, and all cutlery looks tarnished. Also, the interior of the dishwasher looks slightly tarnished. A pity really as I had high hopes.
Poor cleaning power
I bought this on the strength of the positive reviews, but have been very disappointed with the gel's performance. In particular, it fails to clean tea stains from mugs properly, a problem which I've never had with any of the tablets I've used in the past. I will certainly not be repurchasing!

Clean dishes, nice smell and easy to use what more is needed? Will purchase again.
