Pure Glacial Spring Water + Suomi Barley
Brand History: Finlandia's smoothness come from pure glacial spring water. Emerging straight from the Rajamäki spring, it is naturally filtered by a glacial moraine created more than 10,000 years ago by receding glaciers. It was by this glacial spring, where the Rajamaki distillery was founded in 1888. Over 80 years later, with distilling expertise truly mastered, Finlandia was born - crisp, clear smooth spirit of the highest quality. We take extraordinary care to minimise our impact on the surroundings. Our factory proudly holds an ISO 14001 certificate testifying to its standards of environmental management. By-products of our production process are used in everything from animal feed to paper manufacture, resulting in a waste recycling and recovery rate of 99.9%. We protect 3000 acres of land surrounding our glacial water source.

Finlandia Classic is best served as a long drink with tonic and a wedge of lime, but can also be enjoyed as part of a premium vodka cocktail.

Finlandia Classic and Tonic
50ml Finlandia Classic, 200ml Tonic Water.
Pour 50ml of Finlandia Classic into an ice filled highball glass, top with tonic and garnish with a squeezed wedge of lime.

Finlandia Fresca
50ml Finlandia Classic, 100ml Grapefruit Juice, 100ml Lemonade.
Build over ice in an ice filled highball glass and garnish with a wedge of lime.

Helsinki Mule
50ml Finlandia Classic, 25ml fresh Lime juice, 2 dashes Angostura bitters, 150ml Ginger Beer.
Shake in a cocktail shaker and strain over cubed ice in a high ball glass. Top with Ginger Beer and garnish with a wedge of lime.

Six Row Fizz
50ml Finlandia Classic, 25ml Elderflower cordial, 10ml Creme de Mure, 6 mint leaves and Champagne.
Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker and strain into an ice filled highball glass. Top with champagne and garnish with a slice of orange and mint sprig

3 Parts Soda Water
1 Pinch Salt Herbs (Coriander, Mint, Basil, Sage, Rosemary)
METHOD
Build The Ingredients In A Pitcher. Stir.
Garnish With Herbs.

INGREDIENTS
0.7 ounce Finlandia® Vodka
0.7 ounce Finlandia® Lime Vodka
0.3 ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
3 drops Tabasco® Sauce
2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
3 ounces Tomato Juice
Salt & pepper
Celery stalk, for garnish
METHOD
Combine ingredients in ice-filled glass and stir.
Garnish with a celery stick.
