Finlandia Cranberry and Tonic - 50ml Finlandia Cranberry, 200ml Tonic Water - Pour 50ml of Finlandia Cranberry into an ice filled highball glass, top with tonic and garnish with a squeezed wedge of lime.
Cranberry Fresca - 50ml Finlandia Cranberry, 100ml Grapefruit Juice, 100ml Lemonade - Build over ice in an ice filled high ball glass and garnish with a wedge of lime.
Cranberry Ruska - 50ml Finlandia Cranberry, 100ml Apple Juice, 100ml Lemonade - Build over ice in an ice filled high ball glass and garnish with a wedge of lime.
Arctic Summer - 25ml Finlandia Cranberry, 25ml Finlandia Classic, 15ml Elderflower cordial, 20ml lemon juice, 5ml Sugar Syrup, 20ml Apple Juice, 5 red grape, 6 mint leaves - Muddle or crush the mint and grapes (similar to using a pestal and mortar) to release their juice in a high ball glass. Fill with crushed ice then add the remaining ingredients. Stir and top with ice, mint sprig and 2 red grapes.
