Cooking Instructions - General. Before cooking remove all packaging and rest bacon a while
Check product is cooked and piping hot throughout.
Always wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after handling raw meat. Do not reheat.
Not suitable for microwave cooking.; Grill - From Chilled. Preheat grill to a medium to high heat. Line the grill with foil and arrange the bacon onto the foil ensuring the rashers aren't too close to each other. Grill for 4 minutes each side until crispy.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. For best results pan fry: Heat 1 tbsp (15ml) of oil in a frying pan until hot. Fry over a medium heat for 8 minutes, turning halfway.
