Never cook bacon naked!
Before cooking remove all packaging and rest bacon a while
Med-high 8 mins
Preheat grill to a medium to high heat. Line the grill with foil and arrange the bacon onto the foil ensuring the rashers aren't too close to each other. Grill for 4 minutes each side until crispy.
Check product is cooked and piping hot throughout. Always wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after handling raw meat.
Do not reheat. Not suitable for microwave cooking.

Great tasting bacon
This is our latest addiction, no nitrates and tastes great. Trying to have more healthier food but cant give up the essentials: bacon, cheese and bread! Ok semi healthier, got to have some pleasures in life.
flavourless and shrinks
bought this as it was on offer. doesn't taste very smoked at all. shrinks to nothing.
Nitrate free
Cannot believe this bacon is nitrate free. I used to eat a lot of bacon but stopped once I found out about all the nasties put into it while curing but with Naked I can go back to eating bacon as often as I like without worrying. Tastes great!
Nice flavour
So nice to find a bacon without nitrites and other nasties. Tastes great. Is a regular on my shopping list.
nitrate free but indoor rearing
I wouldve hoped that this bacon , whilst being less harmful than other conventional brands in not using nitrates , would apply the same kind reasoning to the pigs welfare . I dont buy eggs that arent assured free range so I can hardly buy bacon from pigs kept inside . I dont mind paying more for a quality product but I cant justify choosing a nitrate free bacon ( that lets be honest isnt the best tasting ) that doesnt treat the pigs with a little more consideration , Id rather consume the chemicals
of 19
