Fish Said Fred ASC Sea Bream Fillets

Hi - I'm Fred and I'm on a mission to deliver everyday fish that'll make your week. And with these sea bream fillets, I'm hoping to do just that. They're cracking pan-fried with some sautéed spuds, or if you're in the mood for a bit of spice, why not whack them in a curry?

Our sea bream is from Turkey, and the team here work closely with the ASC to make sure every pack of fish with my name on it has been sourced responsibly. At Fish Said Fred, that's a non-negotiable. And the fact that it's so healthy is just a bonus. The NHS recommends eating two portions of fish a week, but why stop there? I could eat it every day! And pretty much do.

Eat within a month and defrost thoroughly before cooking. Always cook fully before serving.

Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Super easy to cook...
Remove all packaging before cooking.
1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
2. Place your fillets in the pan, skin-side down, and cook for 3 minutes.
3. Flip, cook for 3 minutes on the other side, then serve.
The natural size of fish and cooking appliances may vary - this is a guide only.
Ensure piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.

Storage:
Keep refrigerated, below 5°C. Once opened, cook and eat within one day. Cook or freeze before the use by date. This fish has been previously frozen and safely defrosted. Still suitable for home freezing, defrost fully before cooking. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Use within one month.

Safety Warning:
Bones can occasionally 'slip through the net,' so be sure to double check.
