Fish Said Fred ASC Whole Sea Bream

Hi - I'm Fred and I'm on a mission to deliver everyday fish that'll make your week. Which is why I'm in love with these whole sea bream. Fish fillets are lovely, and so convenient, but if you fancy taking things up a notch, why not give a whole fish a go?

They're all prepared and ready to cook - just wrap them in foil with some dill and lemon and chuck them in the oven. I like them baked on a bed of veg, too. Or why not try cooking it on a BBQ for a lovely smoky flavour? Obviously, there are bones in, so be a bit careful when you tuck in.

Our sea bream is from Turkey, and the team here work closely with the ASC to make sure every pack of fish with my name on it has been sourced responsibly. At Fish Said Fred, that's a non-negotiable. And the fact that it's so healthy is just a bonus. The NHS recommends eating two portions of fish a week, but why stop there? I could eat it every day! And pretty much do.

Always cook fully before serving.

Oven cook - From Chilled. Super easy to cook...
Remove all packaging before cooking.
1. Preheat oven to 180°C, Gas 4, Fan 160°C.
2. Loosely wrap in an oiled, foil parcel. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.
3. Cook for 20-25 minutes then serve.
Careful when opening as parcel will be hot.
The natural size of fish and cooking appliances may vary - this is a guide only. Ensure piping hot before serving. Do not reheat.

Storage:
Keep refrigerated, below 5°C. Once opened, cook and eat within one day. Cook or freeze before the use by date. This fish has been previously frozen and safely defrosted. Still suitable for home freezing, defrost fully before cooking. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Use within one month.
