2. Brush the hake with a little oil.
3. Place into the basket, spread evenly in a single layer, and place in the air fryer.
4. Cook for 10 minutes. Do not overcrowd the basket.

Keep refrigerated, below 5°C. Once opened cook and eat within one day. Cook or freeze before the use by date. This fish has been frozen before and safely defrosted. Still suitable for home freezing, defrost fully before cooking. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Use within one month.
