Heat for 4 mins in 900W appliance, 4 mins 30 secs for 800W and 5 mins 10 secs for 700W appliances.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Place on middle shelf of preheated oven at 180℃ / 160℃ Fan / Gas Mark 4 for 25 - 30 minutes.
