Fitz has fine and delicate bubbles a crisp and refreshing taste and a clean long lasting finish. Our wines are vegan friendly and sustainably produced, giving you peace of mind and fantastic fizz.

We dare to be different when making our wines. English sparkling wines are normally fermented in bottle rather than in the Charmat method like ours. Fitz is produced in temperature controlled tanks to allow the wines to retain their fresh and fruity flavours and aromas. Fitz is short for Fitzroy a name given to the illegitimate offspring of Kings and Queens. Someone with quality lineage and the same DNA but that doesnt quite fit with the rest of the family. That's us. Fitz.
