Product Information
"After a mild but cool February, alternating between wet and dry periods, budbreak began at the end of March in relatively dry soils. Thanks to active measures, the frost risks at the beginning of April were
avoided. Spring was mild but rather rainy in March. Flowering occurred quickly under warm and humid
conditions at the end of May. These weather conditions created a favorable climate for vine growth.
Veraison took place in early August in summer-like conditions. The end of August was rather dry, but on
well-draining soils like those of Château Cantelys, there was no occurrence of water stress. The ripening
conditions were favorable, with an alternation of sunny days and rainy spells. This season was engaging
for the teams, as the climate required constant attention in the vineyard."
