Vinification details
Combination of machine harvested, destemmed & whole bunch pressed, cold settled, racked and inoculated. Partial malolactic fermentation. Aged in 100% stainless steel tanks. Heat and cold stabilised. Cross-flow filtration and 0.45 μm at bottling.
