Folkington's elderflower pressé is made from wild elderflowers picked from across the English countryside and blended with a splash of pure Sicilian lemon juice to add a little zest.

Tasting Notes: A crisp, light flavour of English elderflowers and Sicilian lemons and gently sparkling.
