Great alternative to nuts and seeds
Love adding these to yoghurt, porridge, muffins, stewed fruits. A satisfying crunch and no sugar. Perfect.
I haven't used these for baking yet but I really like them sprinkled in natural yoghurt with some seeds. Ive tried them in a coffee milk shake and they add a great crunchy dimension. Lovely rich tasting cacao. However you eat them, Im sure you'll enjoy them.
Roasting depletes the antioxidant properties of cacao beans therefore I'd rather buy raw cacao nibs. However, this product tastes good and it's way better than the average supermarket chocolate chips that are loaded with sugar.
I bought these when they were on offer and I'm so pleased I did! They are lovely - if you like really dark choc - Lindt 90% if my fave - then you won't be disappointed. And apparently they're really good for you too.
Such good quality
I tend to eat these by the handful as a snack and there's no nasty bits of shell to snag your teeth on at all. Very good.
I regularly purchase cocoa nibs for use in yogurts and cereals. Of all the brands I have tried, these are the best in terms of taste and texture.
